I thrive on helping complicated industries take digital transformation to the next level. I have a unique combination of skills in User Experience (UX), Customer Experience (CX), marketing, communications, innovation and management. Since 2008, I have worked in-house, through agencies, and as a private consultant for dozens of brands.

I began my career as a journalist and editor working for newspapers and magazines. It gave me a decade of experience in how to work with thought leaders, public officials and executives. I also saw firsthand what good and bad marketing and public relations (PR) look like.

I transitioned to consulting, and later joined a major Connecticut ad agency where I was a copywriter and PR advisor. I then worked in-house for a string of major financial insurance companies, helping them refine their communications, improve their marketing and build their digital capabilities.

Along the way, I earned a master’s degree in communications from Boston University and a certificate in marketing and digital strategy from UCONN Business School.

Between my 20 years of experience and my formal training in both business and communications, I bring a uniquely broad set of skills to the table.
